I found several skeins of Hometown USA® bulky yarn while digging through my yarn stash—just enough for a quick Crochet V-Stitch Lapghan. Lapghans are smaller than afghans. They are meant to cover your lap and your legs when sitting. Because of their size, lapghans work up quickly. They make the perfect gift for those of us who love to sit in our favorite chair and crochet, read, or watch TV. Use bulky yarn that you’ve stashed away; donate your lapghan creations to nursing homes and charities.

I really like this pattern. I have a question. What is the size before the edge?
Kim,
I don’t believe I measured the fabric before I added the edge. I’m making one now. I’ll be sure to measure and update this post.
